Remarks :
- The residents can benefit from government housing aid (Aide Personnalisée au Logement (A.P.L.).
- A partnership between the hostel and the GIPEC permits benefits from aids either to finance the deposit (guarantee Loca-Pass) or to guarantee rent payment and fees (avance Loca-Pass). The aid consists of a no interest loan to be refunded monthly.
Practical Details
At your arrival, you will need the following documents :
- Three identity photos
- One identity paper, visa or residence permit
- A copy of your work contract, pay slip or internship certificate
- A proof of civil liability insurance
- A copy of your social security certificate, european or universal (C.M.U.)
- A bank statement for the authorization of monthly withdrawals
